Crows Feet London

Also sometimes called ‘laughter lines’

Crows’ Feet are the lines and wrinkles around the outside of the eye, often present when you smile or squint (dynamic).

As we age, or succumb to the effects of sun damage or smoking, these lines become more permanent (static).

Dynamic crows’ feet are best treated with muscle-relaxing injections such as botox. By reducing the strength of the wrinkles caused by expression, your static lines gradually fade over time; the weaker your expression, the faster your static lines fade.

Deeper Crows’ feet can also be treated with SmartXide DOT therapy, which smoothes  the crow lines out and improves the skin tone as well. Dermal fillers.

With excessive sun damage, the skin is in such poor condition that botox injections will not be enough to improve the appearance around the eyes. Sometimes, the skin is too thin and wrinkles eith the very slightest of muscle contraction.

The answer is to improve the texture, tone and overall quality of the skin so that the skin is much firmer and less likely to crease.

SmartXide uses the very latest laser technology to resurface the skin around the eyes or hands with just a few days of downtime. The results start to appear after a weeke or so, but continue to develop for 3-6 months. Between 1to 5 treatments maybe required but that is something you should discuss with your doctor.

Complement these treatmenst with Priori AAHA Eye Serum or the Idebenone Eye Serum to optimise all of your treatments, or the AAHA Hand & Body lotion for your hands. And always remember to use SPF 30!
