3. Placement in the subcutaneous layer

I place Ellansé M in the same layer as the original R-Lift: the subcutaneous layer directly under the skin. This layer supports sagging tissues while keeping results subtle. It helps to gently reposition and support the face rather than simply adding bulk.

4. Gradual, elegant regeneration

You see some improvement immediately because of the carrier gel and strategic placement. However, the most significant changes appear over several weeks and continue for months as new collagen forms and matures.

Ellansé M offers impressive longevity. Many patients choose a maintenance treatment every two years. This keeps results consistent and allows adjustments as your face continues to age naturally.

The average treatment uses around 4ml of Ellansé M and takes about 45 minutes from start to finish.

Recovery and Aftercare

Most patients return to normal life the same day. However, you may see mild redness or puffiness for two to four days. This usually improves quickly and is often easy to conceal after the first 24 hours.

Aftercare guidance

• No makeup for 24 hours
• No gym, sauna, steam rooms, or swimming for 24 hours
• Avoid NSAIDs (such as ibuprofen), because they can interfere with the desired inflammatory collagen response
• Use cool packs if needed for swelling
• Sleep slightly elevated if puffiness appears

Because the technique uses a cannula, bruising is less common than with multiple needle injections. Any swelling is best managed with rest, cool packs, and patience rather than heavy medication.
