All new patients are required to attend an in-clinic consultation before treatment. This allows us to assess your concern properly, review your medical history, and recommend the safest and most appropriate treatment plan.

To confirm your appointment, you will be asked to enter your card details at the time of booking. No payment will be taken until you attend the clinic.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a £50 cancellation fee.
