Almost every day, a patient in clinic tells me the same thing.

 “Ravi, I’ve just started to notice that my skin isn’t as firm as it used to be. It feels a bit crepey and I can see the beginning of jowls and wrinkles. And I could swear my cheeks look flatter… My skin needs a bit of lift.
