I was quite nervous before having my first cool laser treatment - I’d opted for the medium setting so was worried about the pain factor! Naomi soon allayed my fears with a new super duper numbing cream. The whole treatment (face & neck) from start to finish was honestly pain free & comfortable. Straight afterwards, I was very red & sunburnt looking - the cream that was supplied for after care did really help with this though. The next day this had calmed a lot and I was back to normal after about 3 days.
