The Secret RF Process
The treatment begins with a deep cleanse to exfoliate dead skin cells and prepare the skin to absorb the local anaesthetic.
After a high-strength topical anaesthetic is applied for comfort, we perform Secret RF microneedling using insulated gold-plated needles that deliver radiofrequency energy deep into the dermis. This triggers controlled thermal damage, activating fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin.
We then infuse the skin with regenerative exosomes—cell-signalling molecules clinically shown to support healing, reduce inflammation, and boost collagen production.
Finally, the skin is soothed with Omnilux Revive+ red light therapy, enhancing post-treatment recovery while reducing inflammation and redness. The full session takes around 75–90 minutes.
You'll always know what to expect
Side effects and risks
Mild redness, pinpoint bleeding, and slight swelling are expected for 1–3 days. Some patients may experience dryness or flaking by day 3. Thanks to our updated protocol—including exosomes and Omnilux—healing is significantly faster than standard microneedling.
Rare risks include bruising, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (particularly in darker skin types), or infection. We take every precaution, including pre- and post-care instructions and sterile techniques, to minimise these risks.
Optimal results are seen after several treatments over the course. The changes are most noticeable twelve weeks after finishing the process.
Results
How will I feel?
You may feel a slight heating and some pressure & prickling on the treatment area during the procedure however we will apply a numbing cream to the area to increase your comfort during the treatment. As the procedure kick starts your body’s natural healing process and collagen production is stimulated, you can expect to look and feel much more youthful with radiant skin that is firmer and tighter after your sessions.
